Susie has been accustomed to using a microphone from a young age. She played the tearaway Kate Aldridge in long-running Radio 4 drama, The Archers when she was 11 years old. She is now the voice of gobby Tracy Horrobin.
Susie has been a member of the BBC Radio Drama Company playing roles in a great many dramas including The Great Gatsby, Mrs Dalloway, Ulysses, 1984, Frankenstein and The History of Titus Groan. She has also appeared in the radio sitcom, Rudy's Rare Records with
Lenny Henry.
Susie can regularly be heard reading prose and poetry on the long-running Radio 4 series, Something Understood
Susie trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama where she was awarded
the James Westaway Memorial Prize for Radio Acting.
